The heated 3-way solenoid valve is made for switching 2 heated lines on one analyzer. Beside this there is a second outlet for IR-analyzers or other analyzers built in.
In case of switching two measuring points on one analyzer, you can take the heated solenoid valve 1012. There is no cold place between the analyzer and the sample pointin using this heated part. The heated 3-way-valve 1012 is only an analytical switching module, which should be used with a controlling unit where you can programming the cycles of switching from point 1 to point 2.
