    De draagbare verwarmde FID 2010 NMHC van TESTA meet met zijn ingebouwde NMHC-cutter de methaanconcentratie (alleen methaan) en na overschakeling op een ander kanaal ook de THC in een breed scala aan toepassingen zoals bewaking van schoorsteengasemissies, bewaking van omgevingslucht, monitoring van thermische reactor- en verbrandingsemissies en ook uitlaatgassen van voertuigen. De monitoring is continu met een hoge nauwkeurigheid, gevoeligheid en stabiliteit. Alle componenten die in contact komen met het monster worden volledig verwarmd op 200°.

    Methane only / Total Hydrocarbon THC monitoring system (Change-over switch) The 19” Flame-Ionisation-Detector (FID) 1230NMHC measures with its built-in NMHC-Cutter the methane concentration (methane only) and after switching to THC in a wide range of applications like stack gas emissions monitoring, ambient air monitoring, thermal reactor and combustor emissions monitoring and also vehicle exhaust gases. The monitoring is continous with a high accuracy, sensitivity and stability.

    The Flame-Ionisation-Detector (FID) 2000 MP measures the concentration of Total Hydrocarbons in a wide range of applications like all kind of emission control, catalytic- and thermal oxidiser plants, waste gas processing plants, room and environmental air (immissions), solvent recovery plants and vehicle exhaust gases. The monitoring is continous with a high accuracy.

    The Flame-Ionisation-Detector (FID) 2000 MP measures the concentration of Total Hydrocarbons in SHED-chambers of different sizes. For applications beginning of 2,5m3 we recommend to measure in a heated circular system to get a response time near to real changes of concentration in the chamber. For smaller chambers, we have developed a special FID-analyzer with a sample flow of 12ml/min. These two types of analyzers optimizethe air change rateover the extraction rate.

    Laboratory QMS Gas Analyser For laboratory applications across many fields of research, the ProMass analyser can be provided in a desktop format. With integrated vacuum system – turbo molecular drag pump and diaphragm roughing pump – ProMass can be operated straight away. A heated capillary of various materials (stainless steel, PEEK, PTFE, borosilicate) is provided included with temperature control of the capillary. Total pressure gauge, analogue and digital inputs, sample pressure and temperature controlled chamber bake-out are all built-in features to give complete sample control.   ProMass uses Protea’s proven RGA quadrupole mass spectrometer that is provided as standard with dual Faraday/SEM detector, closed ion source and 0-200amu range for the analytically focused applications of the ProMass desktop system.
  • Ideally suited to semiconductor production processes, ambient air measurements, leak testing and quality testing for the food industry, the 19” mountable ProMass analyser is a complete process tool. ProMass can be provided with fully integrated vacuum system, or for demanding process applications, an external backing pump is provided – particularly for hazardous area applications. Protea will integrate the ProMass analyser with our sampling control system and industrial analyser controller for a complete measurement system. This can be provided to measure from multiple sample locations is quick succession.

  • The Protea 2000 emissions monitoring system is approved forthe analysis of exhaust gases from the engines and boilers of ships and offshore rigs. Robust and with proven reliability, up to six gases can be measured including SO2,CO2 The Protea 2000 emissions monitoring system comprises up to 8 exhaust mounted analysers, each with automatic verification facilities. Emissions data from the entire system is securely managed and displayed at a dedicated Classification Society approved panel PC, with outputs to networks, control systems, and reporting facilities.

    We have a whide variaty of sensors, loggers/recorders for temperature and humidty. Digital temperature data logger with display Escort MINI is a self-sufficient data logger that measures temperature. To start logging, a brief pressure on start button is enough. A large LCD display provides log information and alarm status. Escort MINI’s enclosure is made of ABS plastic and has an optional internal or external probe. The internal memory logs up to 1868 readings, with a sample rate from 1 up to 255 minutes. iLog is a self-powered temperature data logger. An excelent resolution of 0,1ºC along with a high accuracy of ±0,3ºC gives the iLog the capability to detect and to log the smallest variations of temperature. A large LCD display and external indicators provide log information and alarm status. The internal memory logs up to 32000 readings, with a sample rate from 1 second up to 10 days.

    The all new Chip DSC-sensor integrates all essential parts of DSC, furnace, sensor and electronics in a miniaturized housing. The chip-arrangement comprises the heater and temperature sensor in a chemically inert ceramic arrangement with metallic heater and temperature sensor. This arrangement allows superior reproducibility and due to the low mass outstanding temperature control and heating rates of up to 300°C/min.
