  • ViscoScope VA-100

    procestemperaturen tot 130°C

    Inline Viscosity Sensor VA-100

The ViscoScope® sensors are made of high-quality, first-class stainless steel and impress with their intelligent, robust design. All parts in contact with the process are completely welded. Moving parts do not wear out and there are no leaks that damage the inside of the sensor housing. Inside each ViscoScope® viscometer is a Pt100 integrated into the sensor. The VA-100 sensor for viscosity measurement is manufactured as standard and is available with two probe versions in one temperature class and three different process connections.

  • The VS-4450 transmitter is compatible with all VA-100 and VA-300 ViscoScope® sensors and their predecessors. This ensures maximum flexibility when selecting the ideal instrument and replacing older transmitters. The internal resolution is 16 bits, which provides excellent coverage of viscosity ranges over 4 decades (e.g. 1 - 10,000 or 10 - 100,000 etc.). The transmitter can also be adjusted for measurements with a very low difference in viscosity (example: milk and whey). This model features a freely configurable display. Measurement and diagnostic data are transmitted to a process control system via analog or industry standard digital interfaces. The VS-4450 is available with 2 SPDT relays (optional) that provide time-proportional control or alarms. Built to the 19” standard, the transmitter is supplied in the control panel housing unless otherwise requested. However, other suitable housings, e.g. 19” rack, wall or Ex-d housings are possible.”
  • Transmitter for viscosity sensors

Maximum flexibility for optimum choice of measuring instrument: The VS-D250 and VS-4450 transmitters are compatible with all ViscoScope® sensors of types VA-100 and VA-300. Viscosity ranges are covered by the internal resolution of 16 bits over four decades (e.g. 1 - 10,000 or 10 - 100,000 etc.). Even for measurements with very small viscosity difference (example: milk and whey) the transmitters work precisely. Both transmitters VS-4450 and VS-D250 are equipped with a freely configurable display. The transmission of measurement and diagnostic data to a process control system is done via industry standard analog or digital interfaces. The VS-4450 is optionally available with 2 SPDT relays for time proportional control or alarms. The VS-D250 model is designed for DIN rail mounting.

  • SM-3

Continuous emissions monitor for mercury (CEM), Range 1 to 45; 0 to 75; 0 to 500 µg/m³ Hg
The SM-3 mercury analyzer measures continuously the elemental, bound and ionic mercury in stack fluegas
The operating principle of the SM-3 is based on a completely new technique: mercury compounds cracking and the reduction of ionic mercury contained in stack gas is performed applying the thermocatalytic method.  Wet chemical sample gas treatment using reagents and bubblers is avoided. Maintenance and servicing of the SM-3 are therefore extremely easy.
  • SM-4

Continuous emissions monitor for mercury (CEM), Low measuring range is 0.05 µg/m³
QAL 1 certified for continuous, accurate and reliable measurement of total mercury emissions, even in very low concentrations and within complex matrices (SO2, NOx, HCl, etc.) With over 20 years experience, Mercury Instruments (part of ENVEA Group) were the first to develop mercury monitors and mercury analyzers using a dry thermocatalytic method instead of wet chemistry. The SM-4 Mercury Monitor is QAL1 certified and is ready to meet future regulatory requirements (Minamata convention & European directives for thermal power plants and incinerators).
  • SM-4 mobile

Easily demountable continuous emissions monitor (CEM) for mercury
Technically identical to the SM-4, this device is ideal for mercury determination at varying sites. The SM-4 Mobile by Mercury Instruments has been developed on the basis of the well proven SM-4 mercury stack gas monitor. Its measurement principle and technique, its thermocatalytic reactor, the detector and the sample probe are identical with those of the stationary SM-4.
