The heated prefilter model iFiD FIlter XL is a samplegasfilter for the high temperature applications with a permanent temperature of 300°C. The filter is very stable with the temperature level you preselect, and also in permanent operation. In permanent use the maximum temperature is 300°C. The temperature is regulated in a range of + 1%.
-
The heated transferline is made of a stainless steal tube with soldered heater. This construction is unique in relation to other lines and is guarantee for a very good heattransfer. Especially in cases of alternating process temperatures, the sample temperature can stabilized at preselected level. A Low-Cost-Version is available with simple teflon hose.

19" RackFlame-Ionisation-Detector iFiD Rack for continuous monitoring of 2 channels parallel
The stationary Flame-Ionisation-Detector iFiD Dual is designed for measuring at two points with one unit. This saves money in comparison to a 2 unit solution. The channels are separated from each other and so you can permanently measure high and low concentrations paralell without switching procedure. -
The stationary Flame-Ionisation-Detector (FID) iFiD NMHC measures with its built in NMHC Cutter the methane concentration and parallel in a second channel also the THC in a wide range of applications like stack gas emissions monitoring, ambient air monitoring, thermal reactor and combustor emissions monitoring and also vehicle exhaust gases. The monitoring is continous with a high accuracy, sensitivity and stability. All components which come in contact with sample are fully heated at 200°.

19" Rack Flame-Ionisation-Detector iFiD SHED for continuous monitoring
The stationary Flame-Ionisation-Detector (FID) iFiD SHED was designed as a 19" Rackunit. This analyzer is designed to measure volatile organic compounds in different sized SHED-chambers. The device is available in a bypass circuit version and an extraction version. The special advantage of the extraction version is a sample flow of only 12-15ml per minute. The whole gaspath is heated to 200°C and with its unique Pyrolysis cleaning system you can clean easily and save service costs. -
Outdoor Flame-Ionisation-Detector iFiD Mobile for continuous monitoring
The stationary Flame-Ionisation-Detector (FID) iFiD Wall is made for rough conditions and field installations. This unit measures the Total Hydrocarbon concentration especially in heavy industrial environment or freeair installations with small weatherprotection. The stainless steelhousing with a protection class IP65 gives the analyser a strong shelter all year long. -
Optimization of combustion efficiency and compliance with environmental standards Ideal for combustion control in boilers, incinerators and furnaces. Lowering CO₂, SOx, and NOx emissions while saving energy This oxygen analyser is used to continuously measure oxygen concentration in combustion exhaust gas of industrial boilers or furnaces, and is ideally suited for combustion management and control, such as garbage incinerators and smallest to largest sized boilers, as combustion controllers, achieving a significant energy-saving effect.
