The gasstation is fitted with all supplygases who are necessary for a FID measurement. Hydrogen as the fuel gas, nitrogen as zerogas and propane as the calibration gas are available in the one liter bottles who allows a very good handling in mobile measurement. The FID can be connected via teflon hoses and quick connectors. -

The device is available in a bypass circuit version and an extraction version. The special advantage of the extraction version is a sample flow of only 12-15ml per minute. The whole gaspath is heated to 200°C and with its unique Pyrolysis cleaning system you can clean easily and save service costs. -

The heated transferline is made of a stainless steal tube with soldered heater. This construction is unique in relation to other lines and is guarantee for a very good heattransfer. Especially in cases of alternating process temperatures, the sample temperature can stabilized at preselected level. A Low-Cost-Version is available with simple teflon hose. -

The heated prefilter model iFiD FIlter XL is a samplegasfilter for the high temperature applications with a permanent temperature of 300°C. The filter is very stable with the temperature level you preselect, and also in permanent operation. In permanent use the maximum temperature is 300°C. The temperature is regulated in a range of + 1%. -
Heated Inlet Protection Filter model number 1035 is made for filtering the particles from a size of 5μ and bigger out of the samplegas. The Operation time of an Testa-FID without a build in filter (Model 123) can lengthened several times, because this fine filter helps to minimize the change of the sample capillary, the cleaning of the pump and minimize the maintenance. All the spikes you can see without filter are eliminated with our model 1035. -
The filterinlet model iFiD Filter is a flashbackable filterunit for all heated Testa Samplegasfilters. The filter is usable for exhaust gas from engines as well as for emmission measuring tasks. -
