    The Liebherr P78-SC sensor in conjunction with the Liebherr Litronic-FMS/CCS type coating thickness and basis weight determination system has become indispensable for many industrial processes.     Small, fine, excellent: The Liebherr P30-S sensor in conjunction with the Liebherr FMS moisture measuring installation has become indispensable for many industrial processes. The “Little One” expanded our product portfolio in 2008. Measurement by the Liebherr sensor system is based on the physical principle of capacitance determination in the high-frequency stray field. In addition to their high precision and robustness, the measuring devices from Bad Schussenried are characterised by their reproducibility. Once the sensor has been calibrated, further measuring points can be set up or devices renewed on this basis at any time without great effort. The plant thus always remains reliable, regardless of its previous term and age.
  • The Protea 2000 emissions monitoring system is approved forthe analysis of exhaust gases from the engines and boilers of ships and offshore rigs. Robust and with proven reliability, up to six gases can be measured including SO2,CO2 The Protea 2000 emissions monitoring system comprises up to 8 exhaust mounted analysers, each with automatic verification facilities. Emissions data from the entire system is securely managed and displayed at a dedicated Classification Society approved panel PC, with outputs to networks, control systems, and reporting facilities.

    Kemtrak industrial process measurement cells are manufactured from the highest quality materials and are designed to the most demanding specifications to ensure long life and the highest reliability. Industrial grade fiber optics transmit cold light to the measurement cell and back. The measurement cell contains no electronics, moving parts or sources of heat that would result in condensation on the optical surfaces and they are well suited for hazardous area operation.

    The ACC cooler offers precision, safety and long-term stability for extractive analytics. The very low gas dissolution rate is attained owing to the new cooler technology (Patents applied). Both the permanent separation of the condensate from the gas phase, as well as the shorter contact time of the gas in the system, plays important roles in reducing gas dissolution rates. The new cooler incorporates an advanced structural design with housing suitable for both wall-mounting (standard) and 19“-racks by using optional brackets. The coolers can be integrated into the analysis cabinet without empty space requirements at the side for a cooling air outlet. The design enables 1 or 2 heat exchangers to be incorporated either at the factory or at a later time, without any problem. The exchangers can be connected in series or parallel following customer requirements. An electronic system monitors the dew point and controls the integrated fan. A temperature alarm output is wired to the terminal block incorporated of the cooler housing for a safe connection without disassembling the cooler.

    Measuring ranges from 0.01 μg/m³ to 2000 μg/m³ Hg
    The MMS system basically comprises a multiplexer-valve unit and the highly accurate and selective mercury detector VM-3000 Vapor Monitor. A bypass pump maintains a steady flow of sample through the sample filters, sample lines and multiplexer valves. Flow meters with optical alarm sensors guarantee that flow rates are stable. All components are installed inside a protective cabinet.

  • The gasstation is fitted with all supplygases who are necessary for a FID measurement. Hydrogen as the fuel gas, nitrogen as zerogas and propane as the calibration gas are available in the one liter bottles who allows a very good handling in mobile measurement. The FID can be connected via teflon hoses and quick connectors.

  • For measuring mercury in natural gas the pressure of a high pressure sample feed has to be reduced to a suitable low pressure before measurement. The new NG-SAMPLING SYSTEM-3000 follows a straight forward design. It integrates a minimum of components. All gas wetted parts in the sample path have been silicon coated. This allows very fast conditioning and low memory effects.
