  • Ankersmid Universal Filters are known as a reliable technique for the separation of particles from gas, ensuring a flow of clean gas to the analyzer. Filter housings in a variety of materials and standard dimensions are available.

The design of the filter and filter housing also ensures that any liquids present in the gas will be separated from the gas.

Liquids are collected in the bottom of the filter-housing.

Due to its universal standard dimensions and functionality, the filter elements can also be used with any commercially available filter housings.

The filters are easily replaced without the use of any additional tools.

Where needed, a liquid sensor or liquid drain can be installed at the bottom of the filter housing tube.

  • T-Flens oplossing

  • The heated 3-way solenoid valve is made for switching 2 heated lines on one analyzer. Beside this there is a second outlet for IR-analyzers or other analyzers built in.
  • SM-4 mobile

Easily demountable continuous emissions monitor (CEM) for mercury
Technically identical to the SM-4, this device is ideal for mercury determination at varying sites. The SM-4 Mobile by Mercury Instruments has been developed on the basis of the well proven SM-4 mercury stack gas monitor. Its measurement principle and technique, its thermocatalytic reactor, the detector and the sample probe are identical with those of the stationary SM-4.
  • SM-4

Continuous emissions monitor for mercury (CEM), Low measuring range is 0.05 µg/m³
QAL 1 certified for continuous, accurate and reliable measurement of total mercury emissions, even in very low concentrations and within complex matrices (SO2, NOx, HCl, etc.) With over 20 years experience, Mercury Instruments (part of ENVEA Group) were the first to develop mercury monitors and mercury analyzers using a dry thermocatalytic method instead of wet chemistry. The SM-4 Mercury Monitor is QAL1 certified and is ready to meet future regulatory requirements (Minamata convention & European directives for thermal power plants and incinerators).
  • SM-3

Continuous emissions monitor for mercury (CEM), Range 1 to 45; 0 to 75; 0 to 500 µg/m³ Hg
The SM-3 mercury analyzer measures continuously the elemental, bound and ionic mercury in stack fluegas
The operating principle of the SM-3 is based on a completely new technique: mercury compounds cracking and the reduction of ionic mercury contained in stack gas is performed applying the thermocatalytic method.  Wet chemical sample gas treatment using reagents and bubblers is avoided. Maintenance and servicing of the SM-3 are therefore extremely easy.
  • ProtIR 204M

Transporteerbare CEM gebaseerd op FTIR technologie
The 204M is a transportable CEM based on FTIR technology. Using the 204M for measurements of waste incineration and combustion plant process is as simple using an FTIR can be. With pre-loaded calibration methods for 28 gas species, automatic nitrogen purging, in-built pressure and temperature alarms, analogue and digital I/O it is a complete site-ready back up CEM. The ProtIR 204M and PAS software have been designed to allow stack emission monitoring to be carried out to the Environment Agency’s Technical Guidance Note M22 Measuring stack gas emissions using FTIR instruments (TGN M22) as simply and quickly as possible. With the built-in Standard Analysis Model for common gases there is no complex set-up of analysis required. The software as built-in calculations for drift and residual analysis, following the methods described in TGN M22. Skilled users of the FTIR can use the chemometric building routines of the PAS software to build analytical methods for specific applications. Set up this way, the 204M can measure thousands of possible gas species over ranges from ppm to %Vol.
