    LaserGas™ III Ultra

    It uses the innovative baseline-insensitive TDLAS technique specifically designed for combustion analysis. The Ultra simultaneously meets the requirements of combustion control and safety. That is, high measurement accuracy and high dynamic range with simultaneous real-time measurement capability. Applications with very long path lengths and high gas concentrations are no problem for the Ultra. Thanks to the baseline insensitivity and the use of the proprietary IROSS signal processing, high measurement accuracy is achieved even with complex gas mixtures. LaserGas™ III Ultra CO in combination with LaserGas™ III O2 are a perfect combination for proper combustion control and safety.

  • The ALS liquid-stop protects analyzers against an inrush of liquids from the gas conditioning unit into the analyzer.

    This avoids major damages of the analyser.

    The best position of the liquid is behind the gas conditioning unit, and before the flow meter going to the analyser.

Industrial grade fiber optics transmit cold light to the measurement cell and back. The measurement cell contains no electronics, moving parts or sources of heat that would result in condensation on the optical surfaces and they are well suited for hazardous area operation.

    The ACC cooler offers precision, safety and long-term stability for extractive analytics. The very low gas dissolution rate is attained owing to the new cooler technology (Patents applied). Both the permanent separation of the condensate from the gas phase, as well as the shorter contact time of the gas in the system, plays important roles in reducing gas dissolution rates. The new cooler incorporates an advanced structural design with housing suitable for both wall-mounting (standard) and 19“-racks by using optional brackets. The coolers can be integrated into the analysis cabinet without empty space requirements at the side for a cooling air outlet. The design enables 1 or 2 heat exchangers to be incorporated either at the factory or at a later time, without any problem. The exchangers can be connected in series or parallel following customer requirements. An electronic system monitors the dew point and controls the integrated fan. A temperature alarm output is wired to the terminal block incorporated of the cooler housing for a safe connection without disassembling the cooler.

  • MMS

    Measuring ranges from 0.01 μg/m³ to 2000 μg/m³ Hg
    The MMS system basically comprises a multiplexer-valve unit and the highly accurate and selective mercury detector VM-3000 Vapor Monitor. A bypass pump maintains a steady flow of sample through the sample filters, sample lines and multiplexer valves. Flow meters with optical alarm sensors guarantee that flow rates are stable. All components are installed inside a protective cabinet.

    Each mercury on-line system will differ in sample characteristics as well as installation conditions and operating environment. We have the experience to design systems that fully meet the requirements of your particular mercury monitoring task.
  • The gasstation is fitted with all supplygases who are necessary for a FID measurement. Hydrogen as the fuel gas, nitrogen as zerogas and propane as the calibration gas are available in the one liter bottles who allows a very good handling in mobile measurement. The FID can be connected via teflon hoses and quick connectors.
  • The analyzers can measure the concentration of multiple gases simultaneously. It is based on the single source dual-beam non-dispersion infrared (NDIR) method for CO, CO2 , CH4 , CnHm, H2S , SO2 and a micro-TCD (Thermal Conductivity Detector) gas sensor for H2 and O2 by fuel cell method. The analyzers have a digital pulsable infrared source and dual-beam systems
  • For measuring mercury in natural gas the pressure of a high pressure sample feed has to be reduced to a suitable low pressure before measurement. The new NG-SAMPLING SYSTEM-3000 follows a straight forward design. It integrates a minimum of components. All gas wetted parts in the sample path have been silicon coated. This allows very fast conditioning and low memory effects.
