• MMS

    Measuring ranges from 0.01 μg/m³ to 2000 μg/m³ Hg
The MMS system basically comprises a multiplexer-valve unit and the highly accurate and selective mercury detector VM-3000 Vapor Monitor. A bypass pump maintains a steady flow of sample through the sample filters, sample lines and multiplexer valves. Flow meters with optical alarm sensors guarantee that flow rates are stable. All components are installed inside a protective cabinet.
  • Mini Compressorkoeler type ACC

    voor tot maximum 2 gasstromen
The ACC cooler offers precision, safety and long-term stability for extractive analytics. The very low gas dissolution rate is attained owing to the new cooler technology (Patents applied). Both the permanent separation of the condensate from the gas phase, as well as the shorter contact time of the gas in the system, plays important roles in reducing gas dissolution rates. The new cooler incorporates an advanced structural design with housing suitable for both wall-mounting (standard) and 19“-racks by using optional brackets. The coolers can be integrated into the analysis cabinet without empty space requirements at the side for a cooling air outlet. The design enables 1 or 2 heat exchangers to be incorporated either at the factory or at a later time, without any problem. The exchangers can be connected in series or parallel following customer requirements. An electronic system monitors the dew point and controls the integrated fan. A temperature alarm output is wired to the terminal block incorporated of the cooler housing for a safe connection without disassembling the cooler.

Available for 230 VAC and 115 VAC power supply.

  • Litronic-FMS P30-S

    Planar sensor
Small, fine, excellent: The Liebherr P30-S sensor in conjunction with the Liebherr FMS moisture measuring installation has become indispensable for many industrial processes. The “Little One” expanded our product portfolio in 2008. Measurement by the Liebherr sensor system is based on the physical principle of capacitance determination in the high-frequency stray field. In addition to their high precision and robustness, the measuring devices from Bad Schussenried are characterised by their reproducibility. Once the sensor has been calibrated, further measuring points can be set up or devices renewed on this basis at any time without great effort. The plant thus always remains reliable, regardless of its previous term and age.

The integrated software is used for convenient parametrisation and calibration. Thanks to the various interfaces, signal transmission to the higher-level control is feasible. Measurement by the Liebherr sensor system is based on the physical principle of capacitance determination in the high-frequency stray field. In addition to their high precision and robustness, the measuring devices from Bad Schussenried are characterised by their reproducibility. The sensor meets critical EMC and environmental requirements. The signals are integrated and processed directly in the customer's control. The CAN bus signals communicate directly with the control apparatus. Measurement by the Liebherr sensor system is based on the physical principle of capacitance determination in the high-frequency stray field. In addition to their high precision and robustness, the sensor system from Bad Schussenried is characterised by its reproducibility. Each CAN sensor is individually calibrated and final tested.

  • Litronic FMS IV

    Evaluation and transfer module PROFINET
A self-sufficient moisture measuring installation with high connectivity and many interesting possibilities. With ProfiNet technology on board, extensive signal processing and WEB-based access, we are ready for Industry 4.0. Without Ethernet support, these tasks cannot be accomplished. At the beginning of each measured section, the calibration per product must be carried out by means of reference procedures. The Litronic-FMS IV software enables convenient and rapid parametrisation. The evaluation unit receives the raw values measured by the Liebherr sensors and immediately converts them into the measured value, such as percentage humidity. Up to 16 sensors can be managed via the WEB with one device. A curve manager and material and sample management helps the user to create the product-specific calibration. Once the system has been calibrated, further measuring points can be set up or devices renewed on this basis at any time without great effort. The plant thus always remains reliable, regardless of its previous term and age. In addition to their high precision and robustness, the measuring devices from Bad Schussenried are characterised by their reproducibility. A sensor exchange or a transfer to another measured section is also possible without recalibration.
  • Litronic FMS II

  • The ALS liquid-stop protects analyzers against an inrush of liquids from the gas conditioning unit into the analyzer.

This avoids major damages of the analyser.

The best position of the liquid is behind the gas conditioning unit, and before the flow meter going to the analyser.

  • LaserGas Q ICL

In-situ Interband Cascade Laser voor SO2, NO, NO2 of HBr
