  • Portable Multicomponent IR Analyzer

    CO, CO2, CH4, CnHm,O2, H2 + BTU index (gas calorific value)
The analyzers can measure the concentration of multiple gases simultaneously. It is based on the single source dual-beam non-dispersion infrared (NDIR) method for CO, CO2 , CH4 , CnHm, H2S , SO2 and a micro-TCD (Thermal Conductivity Detector) gas sensor for H2 and O2 by fuel cell method. The analyzers have a digital pulsable infrared source and dual-beam systems
  • Portable Paramagnetic O2 Analyzer

0-100%, freely settable by input of parameters
The APA analysers are suitable and reliable instruments for monitoring oxygen concentrations in various gas analytical control applications including flue gas-, inert gas-, fermentation processes- and process or laboratory control measurements. All analysers are temperature controlled instruments which have been designed for continuous measurements of oxygen concentrations in particle-free and dry sample gas. The analysers are reliable and easy-to-operate instruments. The measuring value and the sample flow through the measuring cell are displayed on the digital display. 2 alarm relays and 1 malfunction relay are available. Sample gas connections as well as connectors for incomi ng power supply, output signals are located at the rear panel of the analyser. The sample gas enters the analyser passing a protective fine-filter which is installed in the front-panel (not for APA 200). An atmospheric pressure sensor is implemented so that the actual absolute barometric pressure can be sent via RS232 and used for calculation or analysis purposes.
  • ProMass Desktop

closed ion source and 0-200amu range
Laboratory QMS Gas Analyser For laboratory applications across many fields of research, the ProMass analyser can be provided in a desktop format. With integrated vacuum system – turbo molecular drag pump and diaphragm roughing pump – ProMass can be operated straight away. A heated capillary of various materials (stainless steel, PEEK, PTFE, borosilicate) is provided included with temperature control of the capillary. Total pressure gauge, analogue and digital inputs, sample pressure and temperature controlled chamber bake-out are all built-in features to give complete sample control.   ProMass uses Protea’s proven RGA quadrupole mass spectrometer that is provided as standard with dual Faraday/SEM detector, closed ion source and 0-200amu range for the analytically focused applications of the ProMass desktop system.
  • Ideally suited to semiconductor production processes, ambient air measurements, leak testing and quality testing for the food industry, the 19” mountable ProMass analyser is a complete process tool. ProMass can be provided with fully integrated vacuum system, or for demanding process applications, an external backing pump is provided – particularly for hazardous area applications. Protea will integrate the ProMass analyser with our sampling control system and industrial analyser controller for a complete measurement system. This can be provided to measure from multiple sample locations is quick succession.
  • ProMass Transportable

Draagbare Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (QMS) analyser
For use in the field, ProMass can be provided in a rugged mobile case. With a vacuum start-up in less than 40mins, ProMass can be deployed quickly. Using either the simple PAS-Pro software for unattended operation, or the more complex PAS software for investigation work, ProMass Transportable can give real-time, wide range measurements of any gas.

  • Protea 2000

In-situ Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEM) IR analysers
“P2000 is an infra-red (IR), duct or stack-mounted Analyser, designed to provide In-Situ analysis of up to six gas-phase emission components such as CO, CO2, SO2, NO, NO2 and many more. A typical system comprises of a stack mounted Analyser, an integral Calibration Module and a Control Unit with options which include a powerful In-Situ Heater and a stand-alone Analysis Software package.
  • Protea 5000

In-situ Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEM) UV analysers
Protea 5000 is an ultra-violet (UV), continuous emission monitoring analyser, designed for in-situ analysis of gas-phase emission components. Using absorption spectroscopy, Protea 5000 stores and analyses the full UV spectrum and calculates the gas emission concentrations for e.g. NH3, Cl2, HCl, SO2, F2 and many more.
  • ProtIR 204M

Transporteerbare CEM gebaseerd op FTIR technologie
The 204M is a transportable CEM based on FTIR technology. Using the 204M for measurements of waste incineration and combustion plant process is as simple using an FTIR can be. With pre-loaded calibration methods for 28 gas species, automatic nitrogen purging, in-built pressure and temperature alarms, analogue and digital I/O it is a complete site-ready back up CEM. The ProtIR 204M and PAS software have been designed to allow stack emission monitoring to be carried out to the Environment Agency’s Technical Guidance Note M22 Measuring stack gas emissions using FTIR instruments (TGN M22) as simply and quickly as possible. With the built-in Standard Analysis Model for common gases there is no complex set-up of analysis required. The software as built-in calculations for drift and residual analysis, following the methods described in TGN M22. Skilled users of the FTIR can use the chemometric building routines of the PAS software to build analytical methods for specific applications. Set up this way, the 204M can measure thousands of possible gas species over ranges from ppm to %Vol.
  • The heated 3-way solenoid valve is made for switching 2 heated lines on one analyzer. Beside this there is a second outlet for IR-analyzers or other analyzers built in.
  • T-Flens oplossing
