The heated sampling system is a combination of a heated sample line and a heated sample filter. The sample line is 500mm long; the filter element can be replaced very quick with the bayonet lock. Beside the very precisious and constant regulation of the line and filter temperature, there is a separate controll point fort he temperature at the filterinlet, where you have an information of the exhaust gas temperature. Also the calibration gas (prewarmed) can directly connected with the unit. The thermocouple is available as PT 100 or NiCrNi.
-
Heated Inlet Protection Filter model number 1035 is made for filtering the particles from a size of 5μ and bigger out of the samplegas. The Operation time of an Testa-FID without a build in filter (Model 123) can lengthened several times, because this fine filter helps to minimize the change of the sample capillary, the cleaning of the pump and minimize the maintenance. All the spikes you can see without filter are eliminated with our model 1035.

The air purifier CAP 15 and air purifier CAP 30 produces clean and hydrocarbon-free air out of normal compressed air. The Pt/Pd-catalyst convert by catalytical total-oxidation at 370°C all hydrocarbons inclusive methane (CH4) into carbondioxyde (CO2) and water (H2O). Hydrogen (H2) and carbonmonoxyde (CO) will be removed quantitatively. The produced air quality ist constantly free of hydrocarbons and better than sythetic air from gas bottles of class 5.0 (refering to organic components). On account of the high gas purity, the air purifier CAP 15/30 are used for FID-measuring systems as combustion air and as zero gas

For measuring mercury in natural gas the pressure of a high pressure sample feed has to be reduced to a suitable low pressure before measurement. The new NG-SAMPLING SYSTEM-3000 follows a straight forward design. It integrates a minimum of components. All gas wetted parts in the sample path have been silicon coated. This allows very fast conditioning and low memory effects.

All analysers are temperature controlled instruments which have been designed for continuous measurements of oxygen concentrations in particle-free and dry sample gas. The analysers are reliable and easy-to-operate instruments. The measuring value and the sample flow through the measuring cell are displayed on the digital display. 2 alarm relays and 1 malfunction relay are available. Sample gas connections as well as connectors for incomi ng power supply, output signals are located at the rear panel of the analyser. The sample gas enters the analyser passing a protective fine-filter which is installed in the front-panel (not for APA 200). An atmospheric pressure sensor is implemented so that the actual absolute barometric pressure can be sent via RS232 and used for calculation or analysis purposes.

QAL 1 certified for continuous, accurate and reliable measurement of total mercury emissions, even in very low concentrations and within complex matrices (SO2, NOx, HCl, etc.) With over 20 years experience, Mercury Instruments (part of ENVEA Group) were the first to develop mercury monitors and mercury analyzers using a dry thermocatalytic method instead of wet chemistry. The SM-4 Mercury Monitor is QAL1 certified and is ready to meet future regulatory requirements (Minamata convention & European directives for thermal power plants and incinerators).
-
The SM-3 mercury analyzer measures continuously the elemental, bound and ionic mercury in stack fluegasThe operating principle of the SM-3 is based on a completely new technique: mercury compounds cracking and the reduction of ionic mercury contained in stack gas is performed applying the thermocatalytic method. Wet chemical sample gas treatment using reagents and bubblers is avoided. Maintenance and servicing of the SM-3 are therefore extremely easy.
