  • The heated sampling system is a combination of a heated sample line and a heated sample filter. The sample line is 500mm long; the filter element can be replaced very quick with the bayonet lock. Beside the very precisious and constant regulation of the line and filter temperature, there is a separate controll point fort he temperature at the filterinlet, where you have an information of the exhaust gas temperature. Also the calibration gas (prewarmed) can directly connected with the unit. The thermocouple is available as PT 100 or NiCrNi.
  • Heated Inlet Protection Filter model number 1035 is made for filtering the particles from a size of 5μ and bigger out of the samplegas. The Operation time of an Testa-FID without a build in filter (Model 123) can lengthened several times, because this fine filter helps to minimize the change of the sample capillary, the cleaning of the pump and minimize the maintenance. All the spikes you can see without filter are eliminated with our model 1035.

    The heated solenoid-valve prevents dilution or increase of the measurement gas concentration by giving up zero gas as well as test gas during or before the shed test measurement.
  • The heated 3-way solenoid valve is made for switching 2 heated lines on one analyzer. Beside this there is a second outlet for IR-analyzers or other analyzers built in.

  • The gasstation is fitted with all supplygases who are necessary for a FID measurement. Hydrogen as the fuel gas, nitrogen as zerogas and propane as the calibration gas are available in the one liter bottles who allows a very good handling in mobile measurement. The FID can be connected via teflon hoses and quick connectors.
  • The heated transferline is made of a stainless steal tube with soldered heater. This construction is unique in relation to other lines and is guarantee for a very good heattransfer. Especially in cases of alternating process temperatures, the sample temperature can stabilized at preselected level. A Low-Cost-Version is available with simple teflon hose.

  • For measuring mercury in natural gas the pressure of a high pressure sample feed has to be reduced to a suitable low pressure before measurement. The new NG-SAMPLING SYSTEM-3000 follows a straight forward design. It integrates a minimum of components. All gas wetted parts in the sample path have been silicon coated. This allows very fast conditioning and low memory effects.
